Are you someone who struggles with issues surrounding self-esteem, people pleasing and/or caretaking behaviors? Do these issues cause you to feel symptoms of depression or anxiety? I get it, it is hard. It is hard to live our crazy busy lives day in and day out while handling the heaviness of our feelings and absorbing and caretaking the feelings of those around us. Where I see these issues arise is in relationships that thrive in codependency, such as caring for a loved one who has an addiction, parenting and postpartum, and in being the primary or default caretaker for others.

I provide counseling via telehealth only utilizing a secure HIPPA compliant portal for video & phone sessions. What I strive to do in the therapeutic relationship, is help you to make sense of how you are feeling, work through setting appropriate boundaries, communication skills, and most importantly, taking care of yourself…first! I take an unconventional, and albeit, unfiltered approach to counseling. The therapeutic relationship is an amazing connection formulated on honesty and authenticity at all times.
