If you’re feeling emotionally exhausted from trying to keep everyone else happy, constantly second-guessing yourself, or struggling to say “no” without guilt—you’re not alone. My clients come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed and have lost track of what they really want because they’re so used to meeting others expectations. They describe themselves as people-pleasers, caretakers, or fixers—those who were taught to prioritize others at the expense of their own well-being. Over time, this can lead to chronic anxiety, resentment, burnout, and disconnection from your authentic self.
Therapy is a space where you get to stop performing and start reclaiming your voice, your values, and boundaries. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck and build new ways of relating—to yourself and to others, rooted in self-trust, honesty, authenticity and respect.
